I have recently purchased a Plugable Universal Docking Station for my Toshiba Portégé R835-P94 13.3-Inch Laptop. The reason I did not order the dynadock is because the reviews said the screen keeps freezing forcing you to reload the computer. Unfortunetly I have the exact same problem with this product as well. I am a techie, upgraded the drivers, tried different wiring combos, but to no avail. Please help. I have 2 more weeks before I can no longer return this product, so I need to get this issue fixed by then. Marko

Could you run the DisplayLink support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the generated .zip to support@plugable.com along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?
It will give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze the .zip, we will figure out the next steps.
