Santa is out of luck?

I saw a demonstration on YOUTUBE of Plugable usb 2 synic wireless audio kit. And this is just what I need. But it seems available only through Amazon, who say that it is out of stock and don’t know if it will be available again! Am I out of luck? Where can I get one?

This was the only item I had on my Christmas list!!!
