I am unable to change the sampling rate from 48.0k to 44.1k. Any idea why it is shaded out? What can I do?

Hi Ben, thanks for posting! The sample rate drop down menu being grayed out is to be expected as the audio jack on our dock only supports a 48.0kHz sample rate. Unfortunately, there aren’t any steps that we can suggest to change this option when our dock is being used to pass audio. You may be able to change this when the internal sound card is being used and is the default playback device, but I cannot guarantee that this would help.
