Bought this via Amazon and after installation I can transfer files between computer and two mobile phones.
My headphones appear in playback devices but I’m unable to connect
I have the same problem using USB-BT4LE. Pairing works, but the headset appears grayed out in the sound properties. right click>connect results in nothing.
