We also currently do not have any products with Renesas uPD720202 chipset inside.
We are unable to help provide support for products that are not associated with us as we lack the expertise on it.
I’d recommend contacting the manufacturer or seller of Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle to help figure out if there are any compatibility issues with the USB 3.0 host controller driver versions installed on the system or if something else is the root cause of the issue that you are seeing with your setup.
