I have a radio that has a usb port but does not have a headphone jack for me to use my headphones to listen. Will this item allow me to plug into the usb port and plug my headphones in to the port side and be able to hear my headphones?

Thanks for posting with this question. It sounds like you are referring to the USB Audio Adapter, and if so, this unfortunately will not work. The USB Audio Adapter requires drivers that are found on computers and other types of devices (such as your radio). Generally speaking, the USB port found on a radio is used for charging a device such as a cell phone and doesn’t function like the USB ports found on a computer.
