purchased Plugable UD-3900 USB 3.0. external speaker stopped working after 10 months! is there a fix?

no more audio coming out from Plugable UD-3900 USB 3.0. working for months no problems and one day it just stop.

You don’t mention if you have already checked this, but can you check to see that the dock audio is still set as the default playback device in Windows? I made a short video about this here –> https://youtu.be/6iUQxuN2AXw

Let us know if changing the default playback device helps get everything going when you have a moment and we’ll go from there.
