Has the “PSS-SDH1” been discontinued? Is there any replacements for this item? I can not find them anywhere online and my company orders them by the larger quantities.

Yes, the Plugable Storage System (PSS) line has been discontinued due to lower than expected market demand after 4 years of sales. At this time we no longer carry any new inventory for the PSS SKUs.
Plugable is now focused on the following USB to SATA products:
USB3-SATA-UASP1 USB 3.0 to SATA horizontal dock
USBC-SATA-V USB 3.1 Gen 2 to SATA vertical dock
USBC-SATA24 USB 3.1 Gen 2 to SATA adapter cable
USBC-SATA-E USB 3.1 Gen 2 to 2.5" SATA enclosure
The PSS cases will not fit into any of the above products, but the cases can still be used for bare drive storage when not in use.
Of course we will continue to support the PSS product line for any technical support needs for the lifetime of your product.
