The program refuses to stay on the microscope. When I go to disable the webcam the program tells me there’s no camera or the camera is deactivated. It switches to the microscope but immediately switch back to the webcam. Not sure what to do.

Have you tried restarting your computer, plugging the device in and starting the Digital Viewer program ensuring that the USB microscope is selected in the settings window?
If the restart does not solve the issue, could you run our diagnostic program? It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what is happening.
