Product Key for Bravura - emails not getting through?

I need a product key for Bravura. I purchased via Amazon, but never got an email with a key. I followed the instructions for sending an email, both from my Yahoo account (5 hours ago) twice and now my work email. The Plugable web site says that I should be getting a ticket number to confirm that you received my email, but I haven’t seen a confirmation (I checked junk mail) from any of the 3 emails. Are they not getting through? If so, what next?
