Problems in displaying the slideshow from Mac OSX 10.6.8 to Projector using UGA-165

Hi,

I just bought the UGA-165 for using the USB port on my Mac OSX 10.6.8 to display slideshow on a projector. Although I can project my screen easily, when I try to start a slideshow from Keynote, there is an error saying that there is not enough video RAM. I tried to reduce the resolution but did not help. How can I project a slideshow from keynote?

Hello Ankit,

I am sorry to hear this. This is a Keynote problem (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/…). Since you are running 10.6 I don’t know if there are any updates for Keynote available, but please check to see if there is an Keynote update available and apply it. An alternative is to reboot and try running Keynote before doing anything else. As a last resort you can try PowerPoint or Impress (LibreOffice).
