Product: USB-C 4K Docking station (new)
PC: HP ENVY 17 (4K) (new)
When I plug an external drive (USB 3.0) into the docking station, it enters an unending loop of connecting/disconnecting. I tried different drives, different host ports on my PC, different ports on the docking station, and finally, updated drivers (5/18). Nothing had any effect. If I plug the drive directly into the PC, everything works fine. Suggestions before I send it back?
