Printer Not Showing Up Mac M1

Hi folks.

Trying to get my HP printer working through this dock. It’s plugged into the back and it isn’t showing up. Version 1.5 of the software, and the drivers are installed. The printer shows up when plugged into the Mac Mini directly. So everything works, just not the dock.

Any ideas?

Do other USB devices work when connected to the docking station?

Please keep the dock connected to your system (even though not working) and send the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug to us directly via support@plugable.com with ‘For Ticket 356862’ in the subject line. This will allow us match things up and examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.

Please also include your Amazon Order ID number for the docking station purchase in your direct email. Please do not post the Order ID or the PlugDebug file in our public forum.

Microphone works, two displays work, two charging cables work.

Sending the file through. BTW you can build a link that can generate a new email with the specific subject line. It might help you with giving instructions for troubleshooting.

OK, this is truly confusing. I emailed the file with the ticket number. It replied with another ticket number assignment, and told me to log in with a link. The page that came up asked me for my email address and password, not my username and password, which was stored historically.

Anyway, it’s sent in.
