Purchased the TBT4-UD5 dock just this past January on Amazon. Connected my laptop to the dock and everything was working fine. Then when I transferring flies from an external drive(connected to the dock) to the laptop, everything just switched off. I tried to power up the dock but no luck, the status light on the power brick doesn’t light up at all and even tried keeping it unplugged for a bit, no luck at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
