The power support plug has two safety pin things where the prongs should be. How do you plug it into the wall?

Thanks for posting your question here also! A snap in plug adapter is enclosed separately in the package along with the cables and the power adapter.
You would need to snap it in place into the power adapter in order to plug it in to a power outlet.
