Power pass through not working

I recently purchased a Lenovo Yoga 2 in 1, 14AHP9 - Type 83DK and connected the dock to it. Everything except the power is working. The Lenovo power supply is via a USB-C port, so I know it is used to deliver power.

It worked fine on the HP that it is replacing.

Is there a compatibility issue? I am not sure what I should be looking for in the specs or if it is an issue with the laptop.

Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 446084” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.
