I have the TBT3-UDV dock connected to the dell XPS laptop. I am wondering if I can power up the laptop with the lid closed.
My old Dell docking station has an extra power on button…

Our TBT3-UDV cannot be used to power on the Dell XPS laptop. You will have to open the laptop lid in order to power on the laptop.
