Hi. I was given a UD-ULTC4k docking station without a power adapter. May I know where I can buy one? Thank you.

Hello. There wasn’t any link but I checked your ebay website anyway and saw that it was out of stock. Is there any other power adapter that can be an alternative? Otherwise I don’t think I can even use this docking station.

There is one last thing we want to check on and that is to verify what version of this docking station you have.

The link you sent is for MK2 but the one I have is the original one? Does it work for original?

Sorry. Yes, the MK1 and MK2 version of this docking station use the same power supply.

Really? Why did I have to check the version earlier then…? Sorry I just want to clarify and make sure I get the correct one to not damage anything.

Apologies for the mix up. I did think there was a difference in the power supplies, but I did confirm with our shipping team that they both use the same.
