Ports not working on front of 10-port hub.

I purchased one of your 10-port hubs from Amazon on 08/15/2011. Initially, everything worked fine, but this morning, I discovered that the six ports on the front of the hub are not functional, and the blue light that ran along the top of the unit was out. The back ports all seem to work fine, but multiple attempts with various devices refuse to offer any response. The S/N on the bottom reads D11-00061866, if that helps any.
