Port Not Working?

I have just installed a new USB 10 Port Hub on my Windows 7 laptrop. One of the popup port connectors is not working. I have tried several different devices (an iPod, multiple Flashdrives and a mouse/keyboard dongle). None are recognized through this port. All devices work in other ports on the same hub

Thanks for contacting us, and thanks for testing all the ports and double-checking to confirm that a portion are just dead. Anytime there’s a bad port (or a range of bad ports, like 4 on the front), but all the others work fine, it’s clearly a bad unit, and we’ll get a replacement to you right away.

Just email your amazon order # and the serial number on the bottom to support@plugable.com and we’ll get that going.
