Poor image quality PLUGABLE USB 2.0 USB MICROSCOPE

Just got PLUGABLE USB 2.0 USB MICROSCOPE today. I want to use it for garden leaves inspection.
Image quality is really bad.

  1. Image is not crispy at all
  2. Image is full of white reflections- Leaf details are vague- Looks more like a galaxy in space than like a leaf.
    I Set it to max resolution
    Installed your viewer (from your support)
    Win10
    What can be done?
