I have used this USB display adapter for more than 1 year with no problems. However today I plugged it into a new 16gb Windows 7 64 bit machine and while it connects to the tv (I get pointer arrow) I do not have any functionality on my machine - no start menu, no response with Ctrl-Alt-Del. Moreover, once I disconnect the product and restart the machine I still do not see anything on the monitors and machine does not respond.
Please help!

Quick question: when you reboot the system without the USB graphics adapter attached, does the BIOS splash screen display on the main screen? If so, does any portion of the Windows boot screen display – when does it go black?
We’ll try to figure out whether it’s a hardware connection thing or a software conflict issue. With this, we’ll be able to figure out next steps.
