Plugable USB3-SATA-U3 Docking Station not working at all. Nothing is showing up on my laptop when it’s plugged in. I’ve tried it with the 3.0 cable and the 2.0 cable.
Thanks for contacting Plugable Support, we’ll be happy to help. When there’s no response at all there are a couple of things to check. First, is the green light on the dock lit? Second, is the drive formatted?
