I am using pluggable 3.0 with Seagate 2 TB HD and its formatted in exFAT. the drive shows up in the windows explorer but after few minutes while copying files over to the pluggalge, i get an error that the pluggable dock/HD is not there.
I have tried different USB port and both USB 2.0 & USB 3.0 cables but same problem.
any assistance will be appreciated.

We’ve often found that on systems where the U3 is frequently disconnecting, updating the USB 3.0 Host Controller often helped.
If you can verify what USB 3 host controller chip and driver you have, or reply with the output from the DisplayLink support tool in a mail to support@plugable.com with a link to this thread, I can recommend if another driver version might help.
