HDMI 2K (no signal) not working on PLUGABLE USB-C TRIPLE DISPLAY DOCKING STATION. I’ve swapped the monitors/cables, the same socket simply doesn’t work. Currently using with new 2017 MacBook Pro

I have the exact same situation. I just received my Plugable USB-C triple display dock, and cannot get the HDMI 2K to work on my 2nd monitor. The HDMI 4K works on both monitors, but not the HDMI 2K. I don’t know if there is a fix, or to return the dock.

The second HDMI use DisplayLink so you have to install the Plugable driver.

same problem, driver installed and nothing. This is the second unit they sent me and still doesn’t work, poor quality.
