Just received the Plugable USB-BT4LE and plugged it in after updating to Windows 10. It finds my iPhone but not my Plantronics M55. Using the M55 earpiece was mainly why I bought the usb plug. Any suggestions?
There are several reasons this could be happening, but the most likely is that your headset is still paired to another device.
Could you try making sure that your headset isn’t paired to any other device, then put it into pairing mode and see if your computer can find it?
I haven’t heard back since my last suggestion, so hopefully your connectivity issue is resolved!
