After plugging in the Plugable usb 4.0 adaptor Windows 10 does not see it and therefore no install takes place

I’m sorry to hear about the issues getting the Plugable Bluetooth adapter working well in Windows 10.
May I ask if the blue light inside the adapter turns on at all when it is first plugged in to the computer or if the light does not turn on? (Please check more than one USB port, preferably on different sides of the computer).
If the light does not come on, please contact us at support@plugable.com with your order number in the body of your message and the subject “For Ticket #189064”.
If the light does turn on briefly or remains on, please let me know and I will provide additional steps on how to proceed.
