Plugable USB 3.0 to Ethernet Adapter connection drops constantly

Hello, I bought this from Amazon and its just been terrible.
Anytime I have to do something that requires me uploading my connection will drop instantly.
This makes downloading games and other items pretty much impossible.
Visiting websites like Netflix, Outlook ect have now become something I have to avoid.
I’ll actually use my phone to check my live mail then transfer it to my gmail so I don’t drop connection. WHY?

If you would, please make sure the adapter is connected and run our handy diagnostic tool at the following link: https://plugable.com/support/plugdebug/.

A folder with the results will be placed on your desktop after running the tool. If you would, please respond to us directly at: support@plugable.com with Ticket#258688 in the subject line, your Amazon order number, and attach the results for our review.

In the meantime, have you tried connecting the adapter into other USB ports to see if that makes a difference?

Yes, I’ve had to stop using the USB 3.0 variant and stick to the 2.0 because the connection drops were very very frequent.

I’ve emailed support with everything they need, can i ask how long it’ll take for a response after emailing support?
