Plugable USB 3.0 Hub has stopped working

Plugable USB 3.0 Hub has stopped working. Lights on portable hard-drives attached are flashing but nothing is coming up on computer (iMac).
Please help

Sorry to hear about this.

Try fully unplugging the hub from all devices, power, and the USB cable to the computer.

Then plug it back in power first, USB cable second, and then add your devices back and see if that resolves the issue.
