I have the Plugable usa 2.0 UGA , on win 7, with lastest DA driver installed. I am using the converter to get DVI to VGA. I have nothing but problems with the display. Its scrambled, never stable and blinks out often , completly useless. And yes, the monitor with same cable works perfect when I connect it directly to computer video card. The device light is green at all times. All connections are solid, tight. What is wrong? bad device? I just literally opened the box 30 min ago.
