I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have only been able to pair my devices, but not able to connect them. I did not have this issue with Windows 7.
Thank you for contacting us about your Bluetooth adapter. I’m sorry it isn’t working with Windows 10. Probably some of the drivers are still hanging around from Windows 7. They aren’t compatible with Windows 10.
Could you run our diagnostic program? It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what is happening.

Of course it it turns out something is wrong with the adapter, we will get a replacement out to you right away.
