Plugable USB 2.0 10 Port Hub Not Connecting

I have a Plugable USB 2.0 10 Port Hub which will not show devices plugged into it. The Blue light on top is lit when the device is plugged into my USB port on my laptop and when I plug in the power adapter. But nothing I plug into the hub connects. I am running Windows 7 Pro on my laptop. Any help will be appreciated.
