I bought a Plugable UGA-3000 last week at Amazon and installed the DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows 7.9 M5.exe on a windows 7 64-bit system.
The dongle is recognized in device-manager as a Plugable UGA-3000 with Hardware-IDs:
USB\VID_17E9&PID_4324&REV_0121
USB\VID_17E9PID_4324
but Windows and the Installer does not recognize the dongle and does not install a driver or finish the configuration step in the installer.
Do you have a driver version available recognizing the Hardware-Ids as a Graphical Display?
