Plugable ud-ultcdl not having correct resolution on samsung monitor

the resolution is supposed to be 3840 X 2160 and at 150% scale. I have 2 of the exact same Samsung monitor and the second one tries to read at the resolution of my laptop screen, 1980 X 1080, which is closed. when I attempt to correct the resolution I get green lines. it wont let me go above 2560 X 1440. It now won’t let me change back to 30hz. currently at 50hz I get green lines. Yes my graphics driver is updated same as windows is updated. My MSI M21 Stealth laptop is currently plugged in with a 3060 graphics card with windows 11.

Hi Matthew,

Thank you for contacting Plugable! I am sorry to hear that your UD-ULTCDL docking station is not functioning as expected, and would be happy to provide additional support.

To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to please keep the device connected to your laptop and everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of "Ticket 413648 " so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.

Thank you for giving us the chance to help!
