Plugable UD-3900 USB 3.0 not working

Worked fine yesterday but today my plugable USB 3.0 only works when in 2.0 port. When connected to 3.0 port in the Generic SuperSpeed USB under the Universal Serial Bus controller in the Device Manager there is a yellow exclamation point. Under properties, it says “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). The USB has failed to reset.” I’ve tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Nothing works.
