Trying to connect Dell Studio laptop to my gateway monitor using Plugable UD-3000 USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station. Mouse and key board work fine.
When I Connect the monitor and the docking station with DVI cable, I see no display.
FYI: Direct VDA connection from laptop to Gateway monitor works fine.
Thanks for posting here! Could you run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli…) with the dock connected to the system and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com along with your Amazon order ID and a link to this thread?
