Plugable UD-3000 USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station and dell laptop, no display using DVI cable on my gateway monitor

Trying to connect Dell Studio laptop to my gateway monitor using Plugable UD-3000 USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station. Mouse and key board work fine.
When I Connect the monitor and the docking station with DVI cable, I see no display.

FYI: Direct VDA connection from laptop to Gateway monitor works fine.

Thanks for posting here! Could you run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli…) with the dock connected to the system and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com along with your Amazon order ID and a link to this thread?

This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze it we can figure out the next steps.

Roze, found the problem, had to update my Laptop’s display adapter’s driver.
