With Plugable USB3-HDMI-DVI USB 3.0 to HDMI/DVI Adapter (Supports HDMI Monitors up to 2560×1440, DVI up to 1920×1200) is there a cable only I can buy to connect between Plugable and HDMI input in monitor and not have to use the DVI adapter?

Thanks for posting your question here! Plugable USB3-HDMI-DVI comes with a default HDMI output port. You can use a regular HDMI cable to connect this adapter to an HDMI input port on the monitor.
A passive HDMI to DVI adapter is enclosed in the package for using this adapter to connect to a monitor via DVI. This passive adapter should only be used if you want to connect the adapter to a DVI input port on the monitor using a DVI cable. For an HDMI connection, this adapter should not be used.
