Plugable TBT3-UDC1 Not detecting External Monitors on MSI GS66 Stealth

Hi, I’m trying to use the Thunderbolt 3 port (USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C) on the MSI GS66 Stealth. All my other peripherals run just fine (Mic, Keyboard, Ethernet, Mouse, etc) except for the two display ports.

Both displays are connected via DP, of which only one is detected yet shows no image.

  1. AGON AG271QG4 (detected but no image)
  2. ASUS VE278 (Not detected at all)

I’m not trying to charge via the dock I’m just trying to have a powered dock to run all my peripherals

Thanks,
AJ

Update:
I did actually manage to fix this issue following the steps provided here  https://support.plugable.com/t/brand-new-unboxed-monitors-not-being-seen/20710

TLDR: Reinstall graphics drivers with TB3 unplugged, replug after reinstall.

Thanks,
AJ
