I have had the Plugable TBT3-HDMI2X for about a week or so and have had the following problems with it:
- When restarting computer with device connected, computer will constatntly refresh the screen in an endless cycle, making it unusable
- Computer very unstable unless I disconnect the thunderbolt adapter, let the laptop post, and only then connect the adapter WITHOUT any hdmi connected. If I plug the adapter into usbC that also had the hdmi cable plugged in external monitor will not turn on and laptop screen constantly refreshes.
- External monitors disconnect when computer sleeps and I must unplug thunderbolt adapter & hdmi. Then plug in adapter, wait for computer to recognize it, connect hdmi, let external monitor turn on, then connect second external monitor.
There has got to be a better way to use this device.
