Dock Ethernet stopped working two days suddenly. Every other feature still works. It sends an error from Windows diagnostics that the Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration. I’ve tried reinstalling drivers and using CMD to refresh nwtwork settings.
For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, Jeff also reached out to us directly via email@example.com and included one of our PlugDebug files (http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug) which will allow us to examine system log files to help determine the next steps.
