I am so confused. I have a Lenovo Yoga 13 running Windows 8 (full version, not the RT version). I have connected and ran all updated drivers and it will not recognize my monitor. It doesn’t even show that I have a monitor connected. I connected an HP and it recognized everything the first time.
Please help!
Hi Dallas,
Thanks for posting your question here, I’ll be able to help. To get started, I just want to make sure that I understand the setup you are describing.
The UD-3000 works on the HP but does not work on the Lenovo? Is that correct?
If that’s correct then there must be something going wrong with the drivers or the host controller on the Lenovo.
If you can run the DisplayLink Support tool and forward the .zip file that it generates over to us at support@plugable.com, we’ll take a look and figure out the best way to get you up and running.
Here’s a link with instructions on how to run the support tool:

In your reply please include your Amazon order id and the serial number of the unit you have.
Once we hear back, we’ll figure out the next steps.
Thanks,
Jerome.
