Plugable not working after intial setup

I have approved the device on my PC and everything seemed to be working fine. After shutting down the PC the Plugable will no longer recognize data. It can charge a device but when I try to use the USB ports for data it wont recognize them. The Ethernet port is no longer working as well. I checked and the product is still approved by my PC. Please help
