Plugable not reading monitor.

Plugable is reading internet, and wireless keyboard just fine… but it’s not picking up the monitor. what’s wrong?!

Monitor works great when I plug directly into laptop… But when I plug into docking station I get nothing.

  1. Is the Plugable dock the one shown here: http://plugable.com/products/UD-160-A?

  2. What is the make and model of your PC?

  3. What is the make and monitor of your monitor?

  4. When you plug the monitor directly into the PC and it works, do you use the same cable as when you plug the monitor into the dock? Do you use any adapters on the cable to plug it into the dock?
