I had purchased this plugable displaylink from Amazon on March 8,2024. I had connected this plugable display link to 2 monitors via HDMI cables- I dont get any issues with HP but the samsung monitor doesnt get detected randomly. This has been the issue with this monitor for quite some time. What needs to be done to get this fixed?

To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to please keep the device connected to your laptop and everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 447850” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.
