Is it possible to run a displaylink monitor from a pluggable hub, or would the two devices conflict? I’m thinking of running a pluggable pro 8 hub, with a usb monitor to reduce the number of power plugs required.

Technically you can run a USB monitor directly off of our UD-PRO8 docking station but we don’t recommend it. The average USB monitor uses about 2A of power, and assuming you’re charging your tablet through the Pro8 dock, that uses another 2A of power leaving nothing left for additional devices as the dock only comes with a 4A power adapter.
