Cannot get my foldable full-size bluetooth keyboard (BT-KEY3XL) to be recognized by my wife’s Samsung Tab E (Barnes and Noble Nook version). Is this a KNOWN issue or is the bluetooth version somehow incompatible? It still works great with my Samsung Tab4 10.1 just fine.
It should work fine with the Samsung Tab E as long as it supports the Bluetooth keyboard profile. Try turning off Bluetooth on the Tab 4 10.1 temporarily, then press Fn-1 then Fn-C, then try again to connect the keyboard to the Tab E.
If that doesn’t work, please let me know.
OK. I’m an idiot … I overlooked putting the keyboard into pairing mode. All is great now!
