I use Plugable 3900 with two laptops. It works fine with one (W10, b1709). With the second laptop (W10, b1703), the mouse and the keyboard work, but no display can be found. Also Plugable is not showing under Display Adapters in Device Manager. Both laptops have the latest DisplayLink drivers.
