Plugable dock worked, but now stopped

I got a new plugable dock (4k usb c)

I plugged it in and it worked fine with my 3 external monitors right out of the box

I unplugged it all to rearrange things/ better set up the desk.

Plugged it all back in and now nothing. Doesn’t recognize my monitors or external webcam
