i have the plugable digital viewer 2015 i think is the version and it used to work. i am on Windows 10. the light is on and i can see old pics i took with the microscope in the app but i cant get the microscope to view the object on my plugable board it does not seem to be showing me the grid at all.

What exactly do you see through the preview window? If you could send over a screenshot, that may help diagnose the issue.
