I’m having trouble with my brand-new 6950-DP adapter.
I’ve installed the driver software onto my system (Razer Blade 14, 1060, Late 2016).
When I plug in a 144Hz 144p monitor into the device, the display loads, but only at 640x480, 60hz (the lowest resolution supported by the monitor). I’ve already tried reinstalling the driver software and restarting my machine. Is there anything else I should try before figuring out if it may be my monitor that has the issue? The monitor works fine with an HDMI connection so it may just be the specific port.

Would you be able to let us know the brand and model of monitor you are using?
If you haven’t tried, does the same issue occur regardless of the DisplayPort port the cable is connected to on our adapter?
